Though I have lived in Brooklyn for nearly two years now, this was my first time experiencing Atlantic Antic. (Oddly enough, I lived on Atlantic Avenue last year, but was out of town for the festivities.) Leading up to the festivities, I asked over twitter (@DrinkingBKLYN) “what should I expect?”
The perfect response came via @bekushner: “it’s kind of like mardi gras in new orleans, but replace boobies with babies.”
